This is the fear we built the whole company around. You approve a real photo of the finished plush before it ships. And if it's not them, we remake it free. You don't pay for a plush that doesn't look like your pet.

How long does it take?

About 4–6 weeks. Each plush is made to order by hand, so it isn't instant, but we keep you updated through production, including your approval photo around the halfway point.

Why does it cost what it costs?

Every plush is individually hand-sewn from your pet's photos, with markings stitched in rather than printed. You're paying for a one-of-a-kind keepsake made by real makers, with a real photo-approval step, not a mass-produced toy.

Upload what you have. If we need a clearer angle to get a marking right, we'll reach out before we start. We'd rather ask than guess.
