How it works
Four steps, and you hold the veto
Send us their photos
Upload a few clear photos of your pet. We'll tell you if we need a better angle, because we want to get every marking right.
We hand-sew your plush
Our makers cut, stitch, and shape a one-of-a-kind plush from your photos. Markings are sewn in, not printed on.
You approve the real photo
We photograph the finished plush and send it to you for approval. Love it? It ships. Not quite them? We fix it before it ever leaves us.

Carefully packed and tracked to your door, ready to hold. Most plush arrive within about 4–6 weeks of your order.
The it's-really-them guarantee
You should never pay for a plush that doesn't look like your pet. So we made sure you don't have to.
See it first, free
You approve a real photo of your finished plush before we send it, at no extra cost. Some brands charge just to preview your keepsake. We never will. If something's off, we fix it before it ships.
Free remakes until it's right
If the likeness misses, we'll remake your plush at no cost. Getting it to look like them is on us, not you.
