You approve a real photo of your finished plush before we send it, at no extra cost. Some brands charge just to preview your keepsake. We never will. If something's off, we fix it before it ships.

If the likeness misses, we'll remake your plush at no cost. Getting it to look like them is on us, not you.

We hand-sew your plush
Our makers cut, stitch, and shape a one-of-a-kind plush from your photos. Markings are sewn in, not printed on.
You approve the real photo
We photograph the finished plush and send it to you for approval. Love it? It ships. Not quite them? We fix it before it ever leaves us.
